Our dedicated cleaning facility (external to our two factory units) has three technicians who specialise in the cleaning and assembly of machined parts. This bespoke facility is approximately 1000 square feet and provides a temperature controlled, HEPA filtered clean environment maintaining particle counts at the ISO Class 3 standard.

Our equipment includes

• Ultrasonic cleaning tanks, drying ovens, CDA (clean dry air), heat sealing equipment and steam cleaner.

• Cleaning to customer supplied cleaning methods.

• Packing materials include UHV foil, antistatic bagging, clean room wipes and ULO bagging. Parts can be packaged as required, e.g. double bagged, foil wrapped, labels, bar coding or engraving used to identify parts.
